How AI telecaller billing works
The part people ask about most, in plain terms.
A balance, not minutes
Your plan includes a calling balance in rupees. AI calls draw it down at ₹3.00 a minute, charged by the second — so a 35-second call costs ₹1.75, not a full minute.
A 20-second minimum
Every AI call bills at least 20 seconds. A 5-second wrong number and a 20-second call both cost ₹1.00.
Nothing is lost
Unused balance rolls over month to month, and carries across when you upgrade. Top up any time if you need more.
Pricing questions
What happens if my calling balance runs out?
Calls already in progress are never cut off. New AI calls are paused until you top up, and we email you before you reach zero.
What does it cost to upgrade mid-month?
Only the difference. The unused days on your current plan are worked out to the day and taken off the price of the new one — you see the exact figure before you pay.
Are incoming and outgoing calls really free?
Yes. There is no per-minute charge for ordinary calls to and from your numbers. Only AI telecaller time is metered.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like.
