We build phone systems for businesses that would rather not think about phone systems.
Why we built this
Most business phone systems were designed for telecom engineers. They assume you know what a SIP trunk is, that someone on your team enjoys reading dial plans, and that waiting a week for a change is normal.
We think a small business should be able to set up its phones in an afternoon, change how calls are routed without raising a ticket, and never miss a call because the one person who knew the system was out.
The AI telecaller
Answering the phone is one of the few jobs that cannot wait. A missed call is usually a lost customer, and hiring someone to sit by the phone at 9pm is not realistic for most businesses.
So we built a telecaller that answers in your own words. You describe your business and upload your price list or FAQ; it answers from that and nothing else. It will not invent a price, and the moment a caller asks for a person, it puts them through.
Who we are
Lulu Integrations is owned and operated by Buzzspark E Services Private Limited, based in India. We run the platform ourselves — the servers, the call routing and the support — so when something needs fixing, you are talking to the people who can fix it.
