Lulu Integrations is a product of BuzzSpark E Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in 2019 and based in India. BuzzSpark has spent that time building and operating e-services, and Lulu is our focused answer to a problem we kept running into ourselves: phone systems and CRMs that don't talk to each other.
We built Lulu to connect FreePBX-based phone systems to Bitrix24 CRM properly — not a fragile script bolted on the side, but a real, maintained bridge with its own recovery logic, status monitoring, and a straightforward setup process anyone running a FreePBX system can follow.
